We would like to invite you to an incredible abstract art workshop using alcohol inks. The best thing about these inks is that no drawing skills are required, and every participant will leave with a stylish abstract piece, even if you've never held a paintbrush in your life. During the workshop, you will learn about the different properties of alcohol inks, their additives, how to work with and mix them for optimal results, which papers and boards to use, as well as how to finish your artwork and which varnishes to use. The workshop is led by Ksenia Astakhova, a professional artist, teacher, and founder of Artifoft. The workshop consists of two parts: 1) Learning about the properties of the materials and additives, safety procedures, tools, and a demonstration of basic painting techniques. 2) Creating your artwork, guided by Ksenia. DATE - August 22, Saturday, from 4 pm to 7 pm (3 hours total) LOCATION - Artiloft (Craft Factory, 4th floor), Albulastrasse 24, 8048 Zurich ADMISSION - This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced artists, as well as children aged 12 and up. LANGUAGES - English (French, Russian, and German available upon request) PRICE - CHF 120 per participant; all materials and safety equipment are provided. Please note that online registration is mandatory due to limited space. Even if you have participated in the workshop before, feel free to register: new techniques and methods will be introduced.
