Dear parents, we are thrilled to announce our incredible summer camp in collaboration with XLABS. During this camp, your children will produce their own art materials in the lab and then create works of art using them! The camp is designed for children ages 7 to 12 and will last 5 full days. No drawing skills are required. Here's the schedule: Day 1, Monday: Morning: Liquid Acrylics - Creating Artwork Afternoon: The Art of Crafts: Handmade Paper, Making Alcohol Markers Day 2, Tuesday: Morning: Gradient Artwork with Homemade Alcohol Markers (Drawing Outdoors if Weather Permitting) Afternoon: Making Your Own Watercolor Paint Day 3, Wednesday: Morning: Painting with Your Own Watercolor Paint (Drawing Outdoors if Weather Permitting) Afternoon: Transforming the Microscopic World into Art Day 4, Thursday: Morning: Cyanotype Printing Technique Afternoon: Making Your Own Pastel Pencils Day 5, Friday: Morning: Drawing with Pastel Pencils on Personal Paper (Drawing Outdoors if Weather Permitting) Afternoon: Art in Mathematics Program: 9:00-12:00 Art workshops at Artiloft 12:00-2:00 Lunch break and transfer to X Labs 2:00-5:00 Science workshops at X Labs Children arrive at 9:00 at Artiloft and depart at 5:00 from X Labs. The price for a full week is CHF 595 per child, including all materials, snacks, and supervision. We offer discounts for siblings and families on a budget. Please note that we do not offer full-day or half-week participation. Upon request, 8:00 am arrival and/or late 6:00 pm pick-up are available for an additional CHF 25 per hour.
