Immerse yourself in the meditative world of batik, an ancient textile art recognized by UNESCO as intangible cultural heritage. During this immersive studio workshop, you'll take the time to slow down, observe the subtle interplay between wax and dye, and experience the joy of creating with intention. Led by artist Hazura Isilay (https://www.hazurastudio.com/), each participant will create two original batik textiles, exploring color layering, patterns, and personal expression. Here, the process is as important as the result: a rare opportunity to connect with the material, your creativity, and the history of this delicate art.
