We would like to invite you to a neurographic drawing workshop, led by the talented artist and professional teacher Liliya Khomyakova. During this workshop, we will explore two algorithms: "Stress Reduction / Blockage Release" and "Neuro Tree." Neurography is a meditative drawing and art therapy technique: using lines and shapes guided by an algorithm, you transfer your tension onto paper, calm your mind, and regain clarity and energy. No drawing skills are necessary. "Blockage Release" Algorithm Stress can be gently released through drawing. You will learn a simple and effective method to: • reduce stress and release tension, • create a harmonious graphic drawing, • leave with a tool you can use every day. "Neuro Tree" Algorithm This algorithm encourages you to focus on the goal rather than the problem. The tree symbolizes development and growth for the subconscious: it helps to break free from stagnation, regain motivation, and clarify the path toward one's goals (including professional and financial ones). A moment to breathe, slow down, and reconnect with yourself. DATE - February 15, 2026 (Sunday) TIME - 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM (5 hours total with a 30-minute break) LOCATION - Artiloft Zurich (Craft Factory, 4th floor), Albulastrasse 24, 8048 Zurich PRICE - CHF 120 per participant, all materials provided. ADMISSION - No prior experience is required; adults and children aged 12 and up are welcome. LANGUAGES - English, French, Russian.
